What you’ll do: Oversee maintenance execution to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Maintenance Excellence Standards, returning assets to full operational health. Oversee materials management team to ensure effective management of materials, spare parts, and inventory control to support maintenance execution and reliability objectives. Lead and develop a large maintenance team, fostering engagement, safety, and continuous improvement while managing all aspects of performance, training, and development. Provide strategic leadership and resource planning, balancing short‑term priorities with long‑term goals for maintenance performance, turnaround support, and workforce planning. Collaborate with engineering, reliability, and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues, set priorities, and implement solutions that enhance equipment integrity and operational reliability. Manage financial and operational planning, including building and monitoring budgets, approving expenditures, and supporting capital project execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards across all maintenance activities. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will oversee a Maintenance Department of approximately 200 unionized and management team members and will have two Trades Managers, Materials Manager and one Senior Administrative Assistant as direct reports. Who you are: You are looking for a career in maintenance leadership and: Have 10+ years of maintenance management experience in an industrial environment. Experience leading people is required. Are adept at managing budgets, resources, and operational plans while ensuring safety and compliance. Are skilled in developing high-performing teams through coaching, engagement, and talent development.
