We deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services to the Edmonton area, including physical, vestibular, pediatric, psychosocial, and vocational rehabilitation. Psychologists at Lifemark also enjoy serving the needs of clients on work-related disability with a focus on occupational rehabilitation.Our clinic offers a wide range of services, including:Mental health servicesPhysiotherapyManual therapySpinal manipulationMassage therapyChiropracticAcupunctureIntramuscular stimulation (IMS)Shockwave therapyTherapeutic exercise for pain reliefVestibular therapy for balance and dizziness disordersPelvic floor physiotherapy for incontinence and pelvic painTreatment for orthopaedical and sport injuriesPediatric physiotherapyWe are funded by private Extended Health Benefit plans, Motor Vehicle Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Workers Compensation Board, and Military and Veterans Affairs.Education and LicensureMaster’s Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited universityCurrent registration in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (competency with adult populations; clinical (asset: counselling psychology, health/rehabilitation psychology, neuropsychology)Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employmentApplied ExperienceConducting psychological assessments with adults and children for various goals, including treatment planningProviding various evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approachesDeveloping and evaluating mental health programs is considered an assetWorking in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers is considered an assetUtilizing telehealth/virtual care methods is considered an assetAdditional AbilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAble to work both autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teamsEfficient with required clinical documentationAble to manage a diverse caseload within a dynamic work settingDemonstrated work ethics, integrity, reliability, maturity, and flexibilityApply todayInclusionWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
