Employer Industry: Telecommunications and Digital Services Why consider this job opportunity Annual base salary range of $75,200 — $94,000 CAD Eligible for an annual performance bonus based on personal and company performance Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, vision, and dental Competitive PTO policy and retirement savings matching Opportunities for career advancement and growth within a dynamic, innovative environment Flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity from multiple office locations What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for the ServiceNow development team Guide the team through the project's phased delivery framework, ensuring successful execution Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog Act as the primary facilitator for communication between stakeholders and the development team Champion continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and retrospectives What is Required (Qualifications) 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT implementation environment Proven experience in the Telecommunications industry, understanding specific processes and challenges 3+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise IT projects Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with ServiceNow platform implementations in the telecommunications industry Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and others Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset Experience working in a consulting environment #Telecommunications #AgileProjectManagement #ScrumMaster #RemoteWork #CareerAdvancement #DigitalServices We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
