Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Trainer – Small Business / Consumer Credit based out of our Toronto office. About The Team You will join our Credit Training faculty, a globally collaborative team that designs and delivers credit training and academies for banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multilaterals, with high visibility across client engagements. Trainers are expected to attend the office on a regular basis when not fulfilling training commitments. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job‑related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long‑term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
