Our financial services client is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Recruiter (5-7 years) to manage full cycle recruitment and talent advisory support across corporate functions- 58905
Join a corporate recruitment team supporting day-to-day hiring initiatives across multiple business functions within a banking environment. This role manages full cycle recruitment activities including intakes, interviewing, market strategies, and candidate pipeline management while supporting approximately 30 requisitions. The position offers exposure to broad corporate functions and ongoing interaction with external candidates and internal business stakeholders.
Duration: ASAP until Dec 24, 2027
Must Haves
- Bilingual English and French communication in a recruitment environment
- 5-7 years of Full cycle recruitment within corporate environments
- Corporate recruitment and agency recruiting background
- Providing consultation and advice to hiring stakeholders and talent decisions
- Post secondary education
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday
- Basic Excel experience
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment activities for corporate functions
- Conduct intake sessions and candidate interviews
- Develop market strategies to support hiring needs
- Perform background checks for candidates
- Provide screened candidate shortlists to hiring teams
- Coordinate recruitment advertising and recruitment events
