Must Haves:
  • Experience of Scrum Master/Product Manager is setting up the agile environment your team needs to build and iterate on a user-centered service
  • Experience leading and coordinating the team including daily stand-ups, sprints planning, and backlog grooming
  • Experience with user-centered design practices and processes

Evaluation Criteria:

Experience and Skill Set RequirementsAgile project management – 35%

  • Experience setting up the agile environment your team needs to build and iterate on a user-centered service
  • Experience leading and coordinating the team including daily stand-ups, sprints planning, and backlog grooming
  • Experience with user-centered design practices and processes
  • Experience with an iterative approach to product development and testing
  • Experience with agile engineering methods and a broad range of internet technologies such as common internet protocols, web analytics, semantic markup, REST, and other foundational web topologies that underpin modern digital applications


Collaboration and facilitation – 25%

  • Experience with planning and facilitating product and extended team's work through collaborative and interactive work sessions
  • Experience managing the agile process for multi-disciplinary teams that include a product manager, software developers, user researchers, designers, dev/ops, content creators, and other subject matter experts
  • Experience helping your product teams become better at autonomously organizing their own work


Communications and relationships – 25%

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience navigating complex issues and stakeholders.
  • Experience building strong relationships across organizations
  • Experience creating and presenting information for different audiences
  • Experience communicating timelines and progress to audiences with different levels of experience with agile practices
  • Experience flagging and removing obstacles or 'blockers' to progress


Subject Matter Experience with Verifiable Credentials - 15%

  • Experienced and knowledgeable with verifiable credentials and SSI model implementations
  • Understand the key roles of the issuer, verifier, and holder and their interactions within the SSI model
  • Understands the major technology components and their considerations in support of an SSI model implementation.

Note:
  • Hybrid Role- 3-days per week onsite required
