Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create high-quality dishes
• Prepare a variety of menu items per Glencoe standards
• Maintain organized prep and service stations for smooth operations
• Execute high-quality dishes with timely preparation
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen
• Journeyman Seal or pursuing Red Seal certification preferred
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation
• Intermediate English communication skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably Cultivate your culinary skills and contribute to The Glencoe Club’s vision of excellence in dining.
