The Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.QualificationsEducation, Training And ExperienceRegistration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.Perinatal positions also require (a) completion of a perinatal education program plus breastfeeding course; or (b) 1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) acute perinatal experience.
