Senior Commercial Specialist / Spécialiste commercial – Procter & Gamble Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Procter & Gamble’s Healthcare business seeks a Senior Commercial Specialist to play a key role in our Sales and Marketing function. Responsibilities Own key processes and tools to bring product innovation launches, sales strategies and in‑store executions to life at our retail partners across Canada, working with marketing, product supply and sales leaders. Prepare and analyze key projects, tracking reports, competitive summaries, market dynamics and sales strategies to enable business and category growth. Be central to business planning and execution, assisting with agency briefings, in‑store demos, rating and reviews, creating/ managing in‑store marketing tools, coupon programs, budget management and stewardship, and commercial projects. Learn and expertly use P&G systems and software to facilitate business needs. Build relationships and collaborate with multi‑functional resources, account handlers and agency contacts to deliver joint business goals. Job Qualifications 0‑2 years of experience works well for this role. Analytical and administrative expertise is an asset. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and flow to work. Leadership and ownership of core work, with capability to improve core processes and systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills; can work independently and within a team. Technical aptitude and comfort with learning new software applications. Detail‑oriented and able to operate with urgency, especially on tasks with tight timing requirements. Ability to integrate change in a dynamic business environment and adapt to changing conditions.
