Pay Range CA$100,000.00/yr – CA$150,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead and support teachers, assistants, and staff to deliver high‑quality education programs. Oversee school operations, facilities, budgets, and logistical planning for a safe learning environment. Monitor student performance and support improvement planning based on data, observations, and stakeholder input. Build strong relationships with students, parents, community members, Chief and Council, and education partners. Ensure the integration of local culture, language, traditions, and land‑based learning within school programming. Support staff development, mentorship, and effective use of curriculum, technology, and teaching resources. Manage hiring, supervision, and performance evaluation of school personnel. Uphold policies, regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations related to school administration and education governance. Qualifications Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Arts.
