Lead industrial project sites with Kilmarnock Enterprise, applying construction supervision, safety management, and trade expertise. Travel and outdoor work are required.
As Site Supervisor, you will direct workers, trades, and subcontractors while supporting project delivery from mobilization through approval. The position requires welding, millwright, or machinist experience, blueprint reading, and strong planning skills. You will coordinate labor, equipment, materials, documentation, and site safety while reporting progress, costs, and concerns to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities of project staff, trades, and subcontractors
- Assign work and manage labor, machines, and materials
- Monitor schedules, costs, workmanship, productivity, and project progress
- Maintain timesheets, safety reports, records, and project documents
- Implement site safety procedures, inspections, controls, and incident reporting
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Red Seal certification as Millwright, Welder, or Machinist
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- First Aid Certificate and applicable security clearance requirements
