Management will modify the job or request other tasks as needed.Ramp Service Agents handle items on and off aircraft, carts, containers, and trucks; transport items between terminals and aircraft; receive, deliver, weigh, and document cargo in a dedicated facility or loading dock. Pickup and delivery as indicated: mail at mail facility, baggage in bag room, cargo at cargo facility or staging areas.Read and legibly complete documents and forms required by airline operations.Perform data entry, clean and service aircraft interiors and cabin cockpits and lavatories; check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies per check‑list specifications; transport furnishings and supplies to and from aircraft interiors; externally service aircraft including lavatory, potable water, external electricity, air start, and pre‑conditioned air; include checking all fluid levels.May be required to drive a bus and work at heights while anti‑icing aircraft; fill deicer with measured amounts of chemicals and water as needed; perform arrival and departure activities of aircraft including cleaning aircraft windshield; push, tow and related guide person functions; and may be required to operate a forklift.This position is a safety‑sensitive role.All you’ll need for successHigh School diploma or GED.Valid driver’s license required by local authorities.Work overtime on short notice in emergencies or when operationally necessary.Distinguish colors: red, green and yellow.Use simple arithmetic (addition and subtraction of six‑digit numbers).
