As Principal Engineer for CoCounsel Application, you'll partner with the Sr. Director for CoCounsel Application to define and execute the technical vision for our generative AI products, ensuring we deliver powerful, user-friendly, and innovative solutions that transform how legal professionals work.**About the Role** In this opportunity as Principal Engineer, CoCounsel Application, you will: Streamline the use of Micro Front Ends to ensure low latency, scalability, and excellent user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. You’re a fit for the role of Principal Engineer, CoCounsel Application if your background includes:10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven record of developing scalable, web-based solutions. Experience with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. Demonstrated ability to mentor others and promote best practices in release management, AI dev tools, and test-driven development.
