You will assist leadership in various procurement and Supplier management projects. You will learn from professionals with decades of experience supporting strategic issues in a regulatory environment. Daily, you will be coached through working on projects and supporting daily operations to develop new skills, broaden your exposure to a professional workplace and deliver against new outcome-based objectives.**Note: This is an 8-month, full-time term from May 2026 through December 2026.**# **Responsibilities:*** Collaborating on business process improvements* Supporting day to day Procurement and SRM operations* Following the guidance of Procurement and SRM Managers, lead assigned Procurement and SRM projects* Preparing documentation for project activities and stakeholders* Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing different data and file types* Communicating with internal and external actors to drive implementation* Supporting SRM Team, with the Consultant/Contractor Offboarding process, including reconciliation and validation, dashboard management and communications.* Communicating with suppliers on regular basis under performance management and risk management cycles* Demonstrates a strong commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence, transparency, humility, integrity and collaboration, and inspires the same in others**.*** Acting as a team member to achieve team goals# **Our Ideal Candidate:*** In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, preferably supply chain management or operations. An interest in Procurement, SRM and or supply chain is paramount* Enrolled in a work experience program with a post-secondary institution (Ex: Co-op)* Curious and investigative in nature with exposure to workflows and business processes* Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and comfortable with leading presentations* Intermediate to advance proficiency of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI)* Ability to interpret complex data to extract valuable insights to help drive data driven decisions* Initiative and ability to learn how to create process and policy documentation* Demonstrates a strong commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence, transparency, humility, integrity and collaboration, and inspires the same in others# **Success:**At the end of the term, you have gained practical knowledge on Procurement and SRM practices while building positive relationships across different departments at AIMCo.This position is open to candidates who are willing to relocate to Alberta, and we encourage all interested individuals to apply.**\*\*\*Job Posting will expire at 11:59pm MT on January 30, 2026**# **Next Steps**We are excited to meet you.
