Accountabilities Proactively sell and promote financial solutions based on deep understanding of client needs. Develop and maintain a consumer client base to facilitate direct sales. Ensure efficient delivery of services to clients and direct business flow appropriately. Act as a feedback conduit to suggest product improvements and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance advisor interest in financial products. Requirements Proven high performance in a busy sales environment. Experience with cold calling and direct sales. Self‑motivated with high energy and a positive attitude. Solid underwriting experience in residential mortgages (3–5 years). 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in sales/service.
