Location Remote (Quebec) Responsibilities You will work closely with the development team to expand our partner and client portal, driving client value at every opportunity. You will be responsible for balancing technical requirements and stakeholder needs through clever prioritization, ensuring a delightful product. In collaboration with the Scrum Master, you will bring rigor and organization to the development process through clean storytelling and documentation. You will ultimately be the champion of the product, socializing goals, objectives, pains, and needs. Take the lead of the scrum team as the Product Owner. Ensure alignment of development efforts with company and product-specific OKRs. Foster and improve the client feedback loop, developing a deep understanding of the market to align products to demand. Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project. Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development schedule. Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in collaboration with other stakeholders. Create engaging user stories by combining analysis with technical knowledge of the team. Work closely with stakeholders to create, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog based on business value or ROI. Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Agile practitioner. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field is an asset. In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles, including tools such as Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of conceptualizing, developing, and sustaining digital products, marketplaces, and/or platforms. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to synthesize information and deliver clear, concise summaries. Great structure, rigor, and discipline in the software development process (story writing, specs, documentation). Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills. Creative thinker with a vision. Knowledge of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) market and Commerce Platforms is a major asset. Experience with AI coding and/or productivity tools is a plus. Fluent English. French is an asset.
