Our admin staff are here and ready to support you. The ideal physician or nurse practitioner would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements. This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. Practice Details Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 12 exam rooms with a shared office space. Hours Flexible Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open from Mon to Fri, from 9 am to 5 pm. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic. No strict policy around time off.
