Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role for an accomplished sales executive who excels at building strategy, driving performance, and scaling internationally.The ideal candidate combines commercial vision with operational discipline, someone who can elevate sales excellence while strengthening Samco’s market leadership across North America and overseas.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute Samco’s global sales strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives.Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.Establish a performance culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and customer success.Business DevelopmentIdentify emerging markets and new business opportunities in the capital equipment and manufacturing sectors.Build deep, trusted relationships with key clients, OEM partners, and industry influencers.Expand Samco’s market footprint through creative go‑to‑market strategies and strategic partnerships.Operational ExcellenceOversee the full sales process, from opportunity development through contract negotiation and close.Leverage data, forecasting, and market insights to drive decision‑making and optimize profitability.Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure flawless project delivery.Financial & Market StewardshipOwn the sales P&L: set realistic targets, manage budgets, and safeguard healthy margins.Continuously assess competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategic direction.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial capital equipment or related manufacturing sectors.Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performance sales teams internationally.Strong financial acumen, negotiation expertise, and results‑driven mindset.Confident executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 20-25%.At Samco Machinery, you’ll have the opportunity to influence a company at the forefront of engineering innovation—where strategic vision, agility, and leadership directly shape future success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
