OverviewCalgary Airports is hiring four project managers to support infrastructure and construction initiatives at Calgary International and Springbank Airports. The role is hybrid, with three days in office and two days working from home.TeamThe Infrastructure Team designs, builds, and delivers high‑quality projects that shape the airport experience. Collaboration, camaraderie, and a sense of fun are key values.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project charters, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation, and provide ongoing progress reporting to internal clients, supervisors, and stakeholders.Lead, status, and technical review meetings to support project planning and execution.Act as the central point of contact for all information distribution regarding a project, maintaining extensive communication with project partners and participants.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.Identify potential risks during the project charter phase and implement risk management plans to minimize their impact.Monitor project schedules, estimate design and construction durations, and set and communicate key milestones.Manage all costs on individual projects, including establishing project budgets, tracking and updating project costs, and forecasting monthly cash flows.Participate in the development and planning of the Annual Capital Program, focusing on the physical restoration or expansion of facilities at both airports.Plan, organize, and deliver activities related to Construction Tenders through collaboration with the Supply Chain and Accounting departments.QualificationsEligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC; assistance is provided.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.6+ years of project management experience focused on infrastructure, civil, or facility construction is required.Hands‑on experience supporting, coordinating, and delivering construction or infrastructure projects ranging from small initiatives to mid‑sized capital projects valued up to $5M.Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.Pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing is required.Class 5 driver’s license and current driver’s abstract are required.Additional SkillsBilingual in English and French.Professional designation such as P.
