We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Team Leader, Customer Experience & Outreach. Responsibilities Lead a designated functional team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader. Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area. Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures. Communicate new store initiatives and changes to Department Specialists and associates, ensuring adoption throughout the store. Promote and drive sales, maintaining awareness of current product in store and not in store. Review KPI results, working with the Assistant Store Leader to identify opportunities and corrective actions. Communicate regularly with the applicable functional Assistant Store Leader to review business results, execution of plans/strategies, customer feedback and associate performance. Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick and efficient service by setting expectations and modeling behaviors. Qualifications Your sense of personal style with a discerning eye and passion for design and home furnishings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma/GED or equivalent. 1+ years of customer service or retail experience. Availability for full‑time flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends (for full‑time roles) or two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night (for part‑time roles). Compensation Minimum Starting Rate: $18.40 Hourly Up to: $23.00 Hourly Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives and long‑term incentives.
