With a culture grounded in collegiality, mentorship, and continuous learning, the firm values collaboration and professional growth.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications7-10 years of experience in family law and litigationStrong communication skills and a client-focused approach, with a commitment to providing responsive, cost-effective legal services.Drafting legal documents, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial statements and conference briefs.Delegating work to law clerks, and working closely with law clerks on filesMediation or ADR experience would be an assetExcellent analytical, research, and writing skills.Bilingualism and/or an existing book of business are strong assets, though not required.Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.Why JoinThis is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm with a supportive culture and a strong trajectory for career advancement.
