3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking a Copilot Trainer to lead education, enablement, and hands‑on training for Microsoft Copilot across business and technical teams. This role ensures end users, analysts, and technical staff understand how to effectively use Copilot within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how to build, configure, and maintain advanced Copilot agents and workflows using Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate blends strong communication and facilitation skills with practical Copilot / AI workflow experience, enabling teams to confidently adopt AI across daily operations and technical projects. Responsibilities Deliver end‑user Copilot training covering Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, and other M365‑integrated features. Conduct role‑based training sessions for business groups (HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Service Desk, etc.) focusing on real use cases and productivity boosts. Run technical training workshops for IT, automation, and developer teams on using Copilot Studio to create: Conversational agents, Custom connectors, Business workflows, Knowledge bases and prompts, Integrations into enterprise apps (e.g., Service Desk, CRM, ERP) Develop training content, including: Guides, walkthroughs, cheat sheets, videos, labs, and practical exercises, Best‑practice templates for prompts, agent design, and governance Provide coaching and support during early adoption and rollout phases. Assist teams in translating processes into Copilot‑powered workflows and automations. Partner with IT and business leaders to identify and prioritize Copilot use cases. Contribute to Copilot governance, including data access considerations, responsible AI usage, and environment structure. Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback surveys, and adoption metrics. Stay current on updates across Copilot, M365, Azure OpenAI, and related AI technologies. Requirements 8+ years of experience in roles involving training, enablement, business analysis, or digital adoption. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365), Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or automation tooling. Ability to explain AI concepts simply and clearly to non‑technical users. Experience designing and delivering training workshops, curricula, and course materials. Strong knowledge of M365 apps and workflows (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). Familiarity with process mapping, prompt engineering, and conversational AI concepts. Experience with at least one of: Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, or other automation platforms. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to engage both executives and technical contributors with confidence. Understanding of enterprise data security, permissions, and governance is an asset. Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MS-102, AI-900, AZ-900). Prior experience with chatbot development, workflow automation, or IT service desk tools.
