The Client Specialist II will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration, support and maintenance of IT systems of varying platforms including desktops and servers, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and software applications. This role will be primarily on-site work arrangement.You will contribute by:Provide effective end user support for users located in TorontoEnsure IT incidents, requests and changes are logged, tracked and resolved in a timely manner, in accordance with established practices and policiesCoordinate with various internal and external and/or 3rd party support providers for the successful diagnosis and resolution of issues as requiredEnsure IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity requirement are being metParticipate in IT projects such as ITSM/ITAM and in the quest for constant improvement of IT service through the analysis, discussion, evaluation and deployment of new solutionsParticipate in an on-call rotation and have the ability to travel occasionallyProviding on‑call and after‑hours technical support as requiredSkills and experience you will bring:IT experience working in TV/Post‑Production/Radio industryDegree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent5+ years of work experience with Microsoft operating systems in a large IT production environmentExperience and working knowledge with: MS Active Directory, Office 2016, Microsoft SCCM, supports WAN/LAN, file/folder/print sharing, MFPs, internal applications, PC hardware and mobile devices, Windows 10/7, Server 2012 and later, Desktop and laptop imaging, Office 365 suite of products, Apple and IOSAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environmentAbility to quickly learn new business and technical conceptsKnowledge of IT infrastructure related to other major operating systems, i.e. Linux, database and/or networks would be an assetKnowledge of ITIL methodologies would be an assetExcellent communication skills both written and verbalApplication Deadline: December 30, 2025Every day, we work hard to become an even more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace that supports the well‑being of our people and makes a positive difference in our communities.
