Remote Canadian ESL Instructor (Flextime Work) @ Carrot Solutions We are a consulting firm with over 20 years of industry experience, serving over 1,000+ Korean and international clients. Position Information Full-time or part‑time roles teaching mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings $15.50 to $18.00 CAD per hour, with semi‑annual pay increases of $0.50 and performance‑based bonuses. Work from home Long‑term employment security Online training and teaching materials provided An excellent supplementary income for another job Students assigned based on your availability Requirements Native English speaker with a neutral accent Canadian citizenship Bachelor’s degree from a Western or English‑speaking institution Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, high‑speed internet (no Wi‑Fi), webcam, and headset Minimum availability of 15 hours/week during peak times: Sunday‑Thursday: 5 pm‑8 pm ET Monday‑Friday: 5 am‑11 am ET Punctual, reliable, and immediately available to start Willingness to adjust schedules for Daylight Saving Time changes Candidates who do not meet these requirements need not apply.
