Develop dashboards, scorecards, workforce metrics, and reporting Provide workforce trend insights for strategic decision-making Evaluate and test new system functionality Implement upgrades and enhancements across people systems Support users through training resources and HR technology guidance Requirements:
Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems Understanding of workforce analytics and reporting Ability to ensure data integrity and governance Ability to collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT Data-driven approach to technology and workforce information Bring HR technology, reporting, workforce metrics, and system enhancement expertise to support leaders and executives.
