Operations Manager Join to apply for the Operations Manager role at RAMPART Rampart Corporation is Canada’s leading supplier of operational equipment to law enforcement, military, and first responders. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to enhance efficiency across sales support, reporting, and warehouse functions while driving process improvement and digital integration. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations between Sales support and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment. Manage Sample Program, Service Requests, and Returns, ensuring timely coordination and accurate tracking. Develop and maintain digital dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Support system accuracy and workflow improvements across NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM). Lead cross-department projects to streamline operations, reporting, and customer service. Work closely with warehouse leadership to monitor inventory accuracy, logistics, and fulfilment performance. Qualifications: 5+ years in operations, logistics, or sales support management. Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and digital reporting tools is a strong asset. Proven project management and process improvement experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
