You will provide strategic technical leadership, align engineering efforts with segment goals, advise leadership on process safety and risk, implement segment-wide KPIs, oversee technical training and capability-building programs, mentor site engineering managers, evaluate emerging technologies, lead cross‑functional teams, and report to the Director of Project Engineering, F&II.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and approve MOC documentation for process changes, including P&IDs, material and energy balances, safety, and validation.Lead process engineering teams to implement best practices, solve complex problems, and drive performance improvements aligned with key KPIs.Apply project management principles to develop and execute capital proposals, analyze financial impacts, and ensure budget compliance.Leverage data analytics and technical reporting to monitor process performance, address deviations, and inform short‑term decisions.Drive EHSSQ improvements through training, technical support, and non‑conformity analysis, ensuring compliance and safety.Collaborate globally to standardize processes, share troubleshooting knowledge, and build engineering capabilities across sites.Evaluate emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability in manufacturing operations.QualificationsDegree or advanced degree in an engineering discipline or relevant experience, and typically 10 or more years of experience in process optimization, plant manufacturing and/or project execution.Team leadership experience desired. LSS or Six Sigma background, a plus.
