Associate Technical Account Manager – Yardi Join our dynamic Residential Client Service Team as an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) and help deliver exceptional customer support across Yardi’s suite of products. About the Role As an ATAM, you will provide top‑notch customer support, troubleshooting, and software implementation guidance over phone and email. You will work with cutting‑edge software solutions, becoming a subject‑matter expert and collaborating with our team to drive continuous product improvements. What You’ll Do Provide technical support and software implementation guidance to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients. Assist clients with product configuration, deployment, and best‑practice adoption to ensure successful implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve common software application issues while communicating product features effectively. Build strong client relationships and continually develop deep expertise in Yardi products and solutions. Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to learn new concepts and Yardi programs. Strong written and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Client‑centered commitment and focus. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Collegial, team‑oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships at all levels. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 desktop applications. Ideal to Have Experience professionally serving customers in a technical support, sales, or retail service role. Understanding of the property‑management industry and best practices. Working knowledge of accounting practices. Basic competence in Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases, and SQL/Oracle.
