Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le Directeur(trice) des opérations du centre de tri voit à l’organisation de la production et assure une coordination efficiente des ressources humaines et matérielles. Il applique les règles et procédures en lien avec la santé, sécurité au travail, la production et l’environnement. Il coordonne les entretiens et les réparations des équipements et s’acquitte de toutes autres tâches connexes au besoin.

Plus précisément, vous aurez la charge de :

Coordonner et contrôler le bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes, fixer les objectifs de production, de rendement, de qualité à atteindre et suivre l’évolution à l’aide des différents indicateurs de performance mis en place;

Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les activités de tri des matières recyclables, de maintenance des équipements et d’entretien en collaboration avec les superviseurs et chefs de maintenance;

D’analyser le rapport de production et d’émettre des recommandations afin d’améliorer la qualité, la productivité et la rentabilité des activités de tri;

Qualifications et exigences :

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un candidat ayant 5 à 10 années d’expériences pertinentes dans la gestion de projet et en gestion de personnel;

DEC en technologie de génie industriel, ou expérience équivalente présenterait un atout;
