We are seeking a senior leadership assessment consultant who is motivated by the development of human potential and organizational performance. You will use various assessment tools (Humance, 360, SuccessFinder, etc.) to paint detailed and nuanced portraits of leaders, recommend personalized development strategies, and advise our clients on their hiring, promotion, and onboarding decisions. This position is for someone who is curious, thorough, genuinely compassionate and knows how to combine analysis, intuition, and impact. Your main interventions Assess and reveal potential Conduct potential assessments using multiple sources (case studies, interactive simulation exercise, in-basket, tests, etc.) in various contexts (recruitment, promotion, development) Conduct 360 assessments to identify strengths, growth drivers, and development priorities Support clients in the analysis and interpretation of psychometric tools used independently Help update and optimize promotional tools, social media, and the website, working with the Marketing Department Support development and success Support individuals after their assessment to accelerate their onboarding into a new role or support their career development Provide targeted coaching that promotes leadership growth and the achievement of professional goals Guide individuals in their career reflections and development plans Advise and influence decisions Act as a strategic consulting advisor to selection committees and HR teams Advise organizations on how to optimize their talent selection and development processes, based on concrete data and best practices Contribute to client relationships and the firm’s growth Manage and develop client accounts by building trusted and lasting relationships Contribute to the development and evolution of the leadership assessment practice Participate in the development, mentoring, and advancement of less-experienced colleagues Profile wanted Master’s degree or doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology or guidance counselling Minimum of 10 years of experience in potential assessment or competency assessment Experience in a medium-sized or large organization (an asset) Comfortable with technology and customer service orientation Ability to generate client loyalty and build the client base Strong interest in business and organizational dynamics Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as consulting skills Agility, rigour, and resilience in a constantly changing environment At ease with tight deadlines and ambiguous situations Why join the team?
