Through due diligence, we help mitigate risks, recommend operational improvements, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Our role ensures TD’s good governance and operational performance. Job DescriptionAs Audit Manager I, you will plan, execute, and lead audits of varying complexity, provide recommendations, and manage audit follow‑ups. You will bring expertise in audit standards, corporate governance, and business processes. Responsibilities Provide expertise in planning and executing end‑to‑end audits based on established audit plans and regulatory guidelines in a timely fashion. Lead the planning process for assigned audits while ensuring appropriate programs and risk assessments are completed. Support audit opinion per internal controls and professional audit standards; present findings and recommendations to clients and audit management. Manage follow‑ups on new findings from regulatory and internal audits to ensure all data is up‑to‑date and properly documented. Review and identify failures in internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiencies. Stay knowledgeable about emerging trends and developments related to business, analytical tools, and techniques to deliver quality results within tight timeframes. Act with the highest levels of integrity while observing regulatory guidelines, fulfilling due diligence, and handling confidential information with discretion. Build a fair and positive work environment where the team can openly report challenges and exchange ideas; maintain good working relationships to achieve common goals. Job Requirements Over 5 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree. Professional certifications or accounting designations (CPA a plus). Experience in Capital Markets is a strong asset. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and internet applications. Proficiency in working multi‑functionally, providing guidance to team members and ensuring good relations across functions for cross‑functional projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast‑changing environment.
