Youll combine advanced information-security architecture expertise, especially in enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and enterprise database monitoring (IBM Guardium an asset), with senior program lead experience and project-management skills. Youll manage end-to-end delivery, embed security by design principles to ensure protection of critical valued assets and enhanced security monitoring. You will collaborate closely with internal OPS teams and vendors to ensure the successful acceptance, timely execution, and day-2 supportability and operability of all project changes and deliverables.General SkillsSenior leadership in enterprise security program delivery and technical designDeep understanding of information-security domains: DLP, data classification, encryption, database activity monitoring, IAM, network securityProficiency with structured project-management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK) and OPS I&IT frameworksExcellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive-level reportingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsTrack record of facilitating change management in enterprise organizationsAgile and Waterfall delivery experience, with hands-on backlog grooming, Sprint planning, and change controlTeam leadership and mentoring, guiding both security architects and project teamsFamiliarity with government/regulatory mandates (FIPPA, PHIPA, PCI DSS, AODA)Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Senior Program Lead across CVA security initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and qualityGathers and develops requirements and works with project stakeholders and ITS project managers to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan.Define and validate information security architecture for DLP solutions, data classification, encryption schemes, and database-monitoring (Guardium)Lead consultative workshops to capture business and security requirements, threat models, and security by design patternsDevelop and manage integrated project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and change-control processesOversee vendor engagements, third-party integrations, and interoperability with SIEM (Splunk, Azure Sentinel) and SOAR platformsChair Steering Committee and architecture-review boards; provide regular status updates to executives and sponsorsProactively identify and mitigate project and security risks, escalating when necessary and recommending compensating controlsEnsure day-2 supportability: coordinate knowledge transfer, runbooks, operational handover, and monitoring/dashboard enablementChampion OPS I&IT security and project-management best practices, driving continuous improvementMust-haves:The hiring Team is looking for a Lead Project Manager with the following must-haves:Manage enterprise‐scale IT modernization and cybersecurity programs protecting Critical Value Assets (CVAs) (must be on resume)Data Projection and Information SecurityProject, Senior Leadership in cybersecurity domain #J-18808-Ljbffr
