Salesforce Technical Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead Developer with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and Salesforce architecture, along with experience leading development teams and engaging directly with clients. Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flow Builder. Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and mentor development teams. Manage Salesforce packages, deployments, and release processes. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, SFDX, and Jenkins. Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, and Flows. Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with GitHub, SFDX, Jenkins, and Salesforce packaging (1GP/2GP). Experience with Salesforce architecture, technical leadership, and code reviews. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II. Salesforce System Architect or Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
