Role Overview The Pharmacy Manager leads patient care, customer service, and operational excellence on the pharmacy team. Responsibilities Provide clinical services and offer professional advice on prescriptions and OTC products. Manage inventory and accurate dispensing of prescriptions. Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies. Engage with patients to provide medication counseling and positive interactions. Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist in the province of interest. Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced team. Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance.
