We are looking for a Software Engineer – Android to join our team on a hybrid basis. This is a full‑time exempt position. Responsibilities Code in Kotlin, Java, and SQLite, applying design changes that are reviewed by senior team members. Assist in larger coding projects as needed. Perform unit testing to ensure code works correctly. Ensure testing results and configurations are integrated into Azure DevOps. Perform integration testing to verify component functionality. Comply with organizational systems, policies, and relevant legal mandates; seek guidance as necessary. Support and participate in the safety program, abiding by the Safety Manual and Injury & Illness Prevention Program. Conduct duties with honesty, ethics, and professionalism. Maintain alertness and safety while fulfilling essential functions, and handle additional duties assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 0–2 years of experience preferred, including exposure to Kanban or Scrum agile methodology. Experience building self‑contained, reusable, testable modules and components. Experience building cloud‑based infrastructure. Proficiency with Kotlin, Java, and SQLite. Minimum 2 years of Android development experience. Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong discretion and independent judgment. Team‑oriented and collaborative mindset.
