We have an immediate, full-time permanent position for a Fish or Aquatic Biologist, based in our Whitehorse office. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Completing fieldwork related to fish, fish and aquatic habitat across the Yukon and beyond Data management, analysis and reporting Assisting with project assessment (YESAA) and permitting (Fisheries Act) of their projects Environmental monitoring for construction projects Working effectively in a team environment to meet goals of the project productively and safely Participating proactively in EDI’s health and safety program We are looking for someone with: A passion for your career and a desire for lifelong learning Job requirements include: An undergraduate degree with 3 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience in a related discipline Fish and/or aquatic biology expertise.
