Our Retail Finance Consultants are committed to delivering exceptional service by providing quotes, analyzing data, and driving sales. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.ResponsibilitiesAssist Retail Finance Managers (RFMs) and Sales Department with finance process, training, quotes, and documentationProvide expertise to Sales staff by answering questions, and customizing financial solutions for customersHelp ensure market share goals are metConduct lien searches for incoming tradesAssist with lease maturitiesAnalyze data to predict customer financial needsStay informed of competitor offers and marketing developmentsRegular communication with customers over the phone and in personSupport RFMs by maintaining customer files, updating notes, and admin tasks as neededRequirementsBusiness, Commerce or related post-secondary education requiredHighly motivated, desire to learn and growExperience in finance related role, large finance portfolios an assetAgriculture background/experience an assetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt/interact with different personality typesHighly skilled at computer programs (MS Office, CRMs, etc.)Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays as neededCONNECT with us todayWhether you are new to this field, or experience in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba offer endless opportunities for you to GROW .You’ll receive competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, company matched pension, and career opportunities in Parts, Sales, Service, and more.
