Lead core financial operations, oversee annual budget planning, monthly forecasting, and close processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of strategic financial insights to senior leadership. Shape the future through financial modeling and long‑term planning that supports our most ambitious goals. Lead deep financial analysis to unlock value from ROI assessments and lifecycle optimization to strategic recommendations across your portfolio. Anticipate and act in identifying financial risks and opportunities and collaborate with leaders to minimize exposure while seizing the upside. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 6+ years of proven experience leading high‑performing teams, with a strong track record of people development and results delivery Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data‑driven decision‑making A proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/reporting systems and BI tools.
