WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 6+ years of proven experience leading high‑performing teams, with a strong track record of people development and results delivery Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data‑driven decision‑making A proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/reporting systems and BI tools.
