Gather, interpret, and organize data to support reporting and business objectives. Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Create and manage datasets and dataflows using Power Query, M, DAX, and SQL. Write efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple databases. Document business requirements, data definitions, and reporting processes. Build and maintain KPIs, metrics, and governance standards for reporting. Optimize and standardize the full analytics lifecycle – from data extraction to visualization. Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and provide actionable insights. Support knowledge transfer and provide guidance on BI tools and reporting best practices. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data and business intelligence within the organization. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Experience: Minimum of 4 years in analytics, business intelligence, KPI development, or data reporting, preferably in a large‑scale or project‑driven environment. Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Query, M, DAX, and SQL. Strong understanding of database structures and data processing methods. Experience with Python or R for data analysis is an asset. Familiarity with Azure Analytics Services and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an asset.
