Our experienced therapists provide professional occupational therapy treatment, supporting clients to full recovery and returning to work fully energized.As our workloads are growing every day, we are seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team in various locations, including Surrey, Delta, Langley, and Maple Ridge.It is a contracting position, available for part-time and full-time, with a competitive package of $72 – $85/ hour. Our licensed occupational therapists analyze client conditions and provide the right treatments to ensure they regain their health and return to work.We provide a wide range of services in British Columbia, including functional rehabilitation, mental health support, ergonomic recommendations, home and workplace assessments, and customized return-to-work concerns. Dedicatedly supporting our clients to become well and healthy is our mission.Logic Rehab works under various frameworks, including ICBC, WorkSafeBC, Canada Life, and other claim-based systems. Contact us anytime to get guidance regarding any issues.Why Work With Logic Rehabilitation?We are a small, dedicated team of Occupational Therapists committed to providing high-quality client care.We use our expertise to help clients recover and return to work in top-notch condition.We value and recognize the hard work of our therapists and support them to improve, reach their full potential, and celebrate the positive impact clients make.We offer flexible work hours for full-time and part-time employees from Monday to Friday, ensuring no pressure to meet caseload or billing targets.We provide strong mentorship, educational support, and a reliable administrative and IT system to help our therapists continue developing their skills and provide high-quality care to our clients.Job DescriptionExpected Start Date: As soon as possible.Work Hours: Flexible.Pay: $72 – $85/hour.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the client’s condition, including physical injuries, concussions, and mental health concerns.Plan the treatment and rehabilitation program according to the client’s health condition.Reassess the client’s health progress and modify the treatment plan for betterment.Analyze the client’s home condition to recommend appropriate equipment and client care.Collaborate with the team for proper client care.Support clients to fully recover and return to work successfully.Manage and maintain your caseload.Keep track of work and provide accurate reports.Submit relevant documentation in time.Competitive pay.Flexible work hours, you can choose.Honourable signing bonus.For 3 months, guaranteed full-time work hours.Full compensation for training, weekly mentorship sessions, and extra time for completing reports.Complete support for a 1-year training program. New grads are encouraged to apply.Full compensation for education/training courses.
