Lot Technician - FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg West Permanent Full-Time Love powersports? Love being outdoors? Love having FFUN at work? Then this is the role for you Our Lot Technicians are the heartbeat of our recreational team – keeping things organized, looking sharp, and ready for adventure. You’ll work with ATVs, side‑by‑side, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, motorcycles, personal watercraft (Sea‑Doo), pontoons (Manitou), fishing boats (Alumacraft), and trailers (Triton, Karavan), making sure every unit is prepped and perfect for our customers. What you'll be doing Maintain the condition of the lot, customer lounge, and in-progress recreational units Clean and detail new and pre-owned recreational units Ensure all recreational units are organized and presented on the lot Transport units between locations or for service Move recreational units into the shop and assist with daily loading/unloading Perform yard and building maintenance as required Pick up and drop off sublet vehicles and recreational units Deliver sensitive documents (cheques, bank deposits, receipts) to other business units Support general lot organization and upkeep What we're looking for A valid class 5 Driver’s License upon employment (Class M motorcycle license is preferred) Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to multi-task, work independently, and is organized Powersports and marine experience is an asset Forklift experience is an asset Why FFUN Hourly wage of $20‑$25 per hour depending on experience Group Retirement Savings Plan – Employer‑Employee matched contributions because we care about your future financial security Employee Discounts – Get excited with exclusive discounts, not just on vehicles, but also on service, repairs and parts Training & Development – Buckle up for an exciting ride Joining us is like stepping onto a rocket ship of learning opportunities in a turbo‑charged industry Corporate Gym Membership Rates – Get your fitness on with corporate gym membership rates that won’t break the bank.
