Come find out for yourself what it’s like to be a part of our journey.What you can expect to do hereConduct Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), site remediation, and support for Risk Assessments and Records of Site Condition (O.Reg. 153/04)Apply knowledge of Ontario Regulation 406/19 (Excess Soil Management) in project planning and executionAssist with proposals, conceptual site models, and work programsSupervise and mentor junior staff in both field and office settingsCoordinate field programs, subcontractors, and equipment logisticsReview and interpret environmental data, lab results, and historical recordsPrepare technical reports and ensure regulatory complianceDevelop client relationships and contribute to business developmentSupport health and safety initiatives and promote a safety‑first cultureWhat you’ll bring to WSPBachelor’s or Masters degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, Masters degree preferred3–5 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on site assessment and remediationEligibility for professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo) and Qualified Person (QP) status preferredStrong understanding of Ontario environmental regulations (O.Reg. 153/04 & 406/19)Excellent communication skills and attention to detailValid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local fieldworkAbout UsWSP is one of the world's leading professional services firms.
