Coordonnateur principal BIM/VDC – Génie civil et infrastructure Ce que tu feras Exécuter de manière autonome et assurer le suivi des livrables VDC et supporter les coordonnateurs (niveaux 1 et 2). Produire et gérer la documentation VDC et la documentation contractuelle. Identifier des services VDC supplémentaires et les opportunités d’innovation pour supporter les équipes de projet en chantier, ainsi que les opportunités de ventes additionnelles. Être proactif et participer aux prises de décision en apportant des solutions (risques du projet, constructibilité, santé & sécurité, qualité). Identifier les besoins en formation et former les intervenants du projet sur l’utilisation des outils et processus VDC. Supporter et mentorer les coordonnateurs VDC (niveaux 1 et 2) et superviser les stagiaires. Participer aux projets pilotes et identifier les besoins d’exploitation (Projet) et les communiquer au chef d’équipe. Participer à toutes les phases d’un/des projets (proposition, pré-construction, conception, construction). Ce poste est fait pour toi si tu as Au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en BIM dans le secteur de la construction ou de l’architecture. Maîtrise de la norme ISO 19650 et expérience des logiciels BIM (REVIT, AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Tekla, 3Ds Max, Autodesk Cloud Construction) seront considérés comme des atouts.
