Lieu, Salaire, Type d'emploi Lieu : Laval, QC Salaire : 70 000 $ à 80 000 $ par année Type d'emploi : Temps plein | Permanent Description du poste Une entreprise située à Laval recherche un(e) scientifique en développement analytique pour diriger des projets au sein du département analytique, de la conception à la réalisation. La personne sélectionnée assurera la coordination, l'exécution et la conformité des activités en lien avec les exigences réglementaires et les protocoles d'étude, tout en interagissant activement avec les superviseurs, les gestionnaires de projet et les membres de l'équipe analytique. Responsabilités principales Déterminer la stratégie scientifique à adopter selon les exigences réglementaires Coordonner et exécuter les projets analytiques dans les délais impartis Assurer la conformité avec les normes GMP, USP, EP, ICH et FDA Rédiger et réviser des protocoles, rapports et procédures (SOP) Fournir du soutien technique et réglementaire à l'équipe analytique Assurer la qualité des résultats analytiques et la documentation dans le respect du QMS Communiquer les avancements, risques et stratégies aux parties prenantes Participer à l'implémentation de nouvelles technologies et techniques analytiques Réaliser les tests de contrôle qualité (QC) dans un environnement GMP Former et encadrer les analystes plus juniors Mener ou contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes analytiques Profil recherché Diplôme de maîtrise (M.Sc.) en chimie, biochimie, biologie ou domaine connexe Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente (ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience) Expertise en techniques immunologiques (ELISA, Western blot, etc.) Très bonne maîtrise des exigences réglementaires et qualité (GMP, GLP, FDA, etc.) Solides compétences en rédaction scientifique, communication et gestion du temps Esprit critique, rigueur scientifique et autonomie Aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle et à collaborer en équipe Capacité démontrée à encadrer, planifier et structurer des projets complexes Conditions et avantages Salaire compétitif : entre 70 000 $ et 80 000 $, selon l'expérience Poste permanent à temps plein Milieu professionnel stimulant, encadré par des experts scientifiques Participation à des projets à fort impact scientifique et réglementaire Pour postuler Veuillez faire parvenir votre candidature en toute confidentialité à xavier.gosseye@nexwav.com.
