You will:Lead the production team to hit ambitious efficiency, safety, and quality targetsBuild a culture of pride, accountability, and continuous improvementChampion GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, CFIA, and FDA standardsOptimize labour, equipment, and raw materials to maximize performanceInspire and mentor your team, creating pathways for their growth and successPartner across departments (QA, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D) to launch new products and improve processesSpearhead equipment commissioning, process optimization, and digital transformation initiativesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Engineering, or related field10+ years of leadership experience in food, dairy, or infant nutrition manufacturingA proven record of leading people, solving complex problems, and driving resultsDeep knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, CFIA, FDA)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, ERP, and MES systems (certifications are a plus)Who You AreA natural leader who motivates and inspiresA continuous learner who thrives on challengesA strong communicator who can unite teams around a visionResults-driven, innovative, and committed to excellenceSomeone who leads with integrity, collaboration, and respectJoin a Team That Values YouAt Canada Royal Milk, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion.
