Required As a personal finance advisor, you provide tailored service to client needs, drive results, ensure satisfaction, and maintain relationships. Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results. Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field. Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community. A minimum of two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of French is required. Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients. Advanced knowledge in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Creole, Portuguese, or Mandarin) due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with Spanish-speaking partners, members and/or clients. Available for frequent travel in the Eastern Quebec regions (Capitale-Nationale, Charlevoix, Saguenay, Gaspesie). Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
