SAP CX is a leader in enterprise cloud applications, with thousands of organizations using our solutions to understand customers best and engage with relevance and personalization. As part of the SAP CX portfolio, Commerce Cloud is looking for a Senior Cloud Native Developer. You will work closely with other team members and functional groups within Commerce Cloud, focusing on microservices, Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, event‑driven architecture, cloud hypervisors, databases, UI web components, and production issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesBe a motivated, self‑starter who can operate with minimal guidance.Translate business requirements into scalable and performant technical solutions.Design, code, test, maintain, and assure the quality of complex large‑scale product.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with business goals.Collaborate across teams and time zones, demonstrating flexibility and accountability.Qualifications8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant exposure to building products on the cloud‑native stack.Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.Strong experience with Kubernetes, cloud technologies and test strategies (Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, PACT Contract Testing, etc.).Hands‑on experience with Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Proven track record of writing and testing code for enterprise‑scale systems.Experience with Angular is a plus.Tech‑lead experience is an asset.Inclusion & EEOSAP is committed to the values of Equal Employment Opportunity and provides accessibility accommodations to applicants with physical and/or mental disabilities.
