A day in the life of a Loan Processing Specialist: Review loan applications using Wealthview and Salesforce to approve loans to our customers across Canada Verify all documents and application information to ensure compliance with our internal policies and that only healthy loans are funded Act quickly, multitasking between several windows reviewing documents such as customer pay stubs, credit reports, bank statements, etc. exhibiting excruciating attention to detail Support the field through strong communication skills, ensuring customer and business needs are being met Identify fraudulent documents during the verification process and report these to the appropriate departments What we are looking for: Strong administration skills, documenting and communicating details to various stakeholders Somebody with a knack for finding patterns with a strong attention to detail when reviewing various documents Willing to work in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment Computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new programs and software Ability to think outside of the box to find solutions and provide additional approval where applicable Why work with us?
