Facilities Operations Manager – Healthcare We are hiring a Facilities Manager to lead operational performance and maintenance at a major healthcare site. In this role you will manage daily facilities operations, ensure regulatory compliance, lead onsite teams and contractors, and deliver a safe, efficient, and high‑quality environment for all building occupants. Key Responsibilities Lead facilities operations and manage onsite staff and contractors Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS systems Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial risk Ensure safety compliance including hazard assessments and incident reporting Support minor and major project execution in coordination with project management teams Manage service delivery, documentation, public interactions, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Post‑secondary education in business or a technical field 3+ years of facility management experience within a hospital environment 5+ years of proven leadership and team management experience Ability to meet healthcare immunization requirements Preferred P3 environment experience and familiarity with IPAC processes Strong subcontractor and vendor management experience Understanding of building systems, trades, and compliance regulations Experience managing budgets, reporting, and project execution Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills Leadership responsibility and autonomy Collaborative environment focused on safety and quality Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
