The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial, in addition to working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love to work in a creative working atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesBe a brand & product ambassador: live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, represent the brand in a premium way, and engage consumers with product sampling and answering questions.Grow the user base by inviting trial and awareness of Red Bull at the right place and time; build and execute a campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life on campus.Create a strong network by establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.Drive brand engagement on social media using authentic content.Operate at Red Bull events and supported events to ensure a memorable brand experience for consumers.Sales-focused activities: build relationships with local sales account managers, ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, and collaborate to open new distribution points on campus and beyond.Leverage Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts and ensure execution of defined store standards.Deliver executional excellence, plan and report activities via the dedicated online platform, and share ideas with the team.Contribute local insights, trends, and opportunities to develop the Red Bull media business.Qualifications Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product Student at Concordia University Excellent communication skills Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape, city & region Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of responsibility and initiative Ability to manage part-time work & studies Eager to learn and apply skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales Connected with a diverse range of groups on campus Full, valid Canadian driver’s license with a clear abstract Available to work evenings & weekends Fluent in English University enrollmentThe rate for this position is $16.50/hr.
